This is a cult classic! I first watched it when I was in my 6th grade and even now I watch every now and then, with the same result - rolling on the floor. Great music by Illayaraja. All the scenic beauty of Konaseema and of the lilt of Telugu they speak there. The movie is complete with Vamshi's trademark eyes-peeping-thru'-small-openings, the terrorizing bad guy, the wimpy protagonist and some haunting background score. Although I have sworn off Telugu movies, I still love watching these Vamshi "classics" that may not be repeated by the man again. After watching his "Lingababu Lovestory", I have decided that nothing is too hard to quit - not even Telugu movies! The Vamshi-Rajendra Prasad-Illayaraja combo was the greatest!!
