- Two children accidentally jump into each other while jumping on beds, and smack their heads together.
- A jilted girlfriend throws various objects down from a helicopter onto her unfaithful boyfriend's pick up truck, smashing and vandalizing it. She later traps the man by his head in the electric window of the same pick up truck, but then lets him go after shoving a bra into his mouth, sending him rolling onto the road.
- A man burns his finger and his tongue on a car lighter.
- A transport driver is delivering a human heart in an ice box, he takes the heart out and handles it. This heart is later shown beating in his hand after he recieves an electric shock.
- A man is shown with a heavily infected tongue piercing.
- A man is punched in the face, knocking him out.
- A man is hit front on by a van, which sends him flying through the air, but he emerges as uninjured.
- A woman slips on a glass and falls down a staircase.
- A WWII Veteran uses a gun to shoot a man who acts like Hitler, however the man did not get killed but used for laughs.

- Two brothers nearly get crushed by a car which is doing a long jump, but they get out of the car that they're in in time. This scene is filmed in slow motion making it even more intense.
- A human skeleton is briefly shown among a bunch of cars that have driven over a cliff.
- A woman grabs a mental nurse by the neck and chokes her and threatens her if the nurse doesn't let the woman or her daughter get off the bus. The woman then throws the nurse onto the bus seat roughly and flees. It's implied the nurse is okay and although it's played for laughs, it might scare some.

- A jilted girlfriend piloting a helicopter maniacally chases her adulterous boyfriend in his pick up truck, using her helicopter.
