Storyline
Plot Summary |
Detective Snub Pollard, who styles himself after Sherlock Holmes (deerstalker hat, magnifying glass, curvy Calabash pipe), takes on a case of stolen money. With a magnifying glass and a pack of dogs, he tracks down a coat and comes across the duffle bag used in the robbery. The client is pleased until he finds that the criminals have filled the emptied bag with angry hornets. Running from the client, Detective Pollard loses his clothes in an explosion and, now stripped to his skivvies, joins a race of similarly attired men, eventually coming across the thieves (accidentally knocked unconscious), which Snub attributes to his great detective work.
