Storyline

Living in extreme poverty, an impecunious and chronically ill single mother struggles to eke out an existence and provide for her innocent young daughter. Having lost her job, the desperate mum finds herself with her back to the wall when her already fragile health is starting to deteriorate. Now, having no other choice, her little daughter wanders the Athenian streets in search of a meagre income to pay for her bedridden mother's medicine, and hopefully, find her estranged father who has an affair with a heartless wealthy woman. Will the little beggar manage to reunite the destroyed family? Written by Nick Riganas
