Storyline

The year is 1995. The Diamandie family lives in a Danube town. Retired Peter Diamandiev is a former teacher, and his sons Jimmy and Vladi are stating a private business. Vladi keeps the integrity, so he has not succeeded as his brother, winning in a legal and illicit way from trading in fake alcohol and used white goods. Jimmy is married to Rossi. Her brother Luko is the son of a former State Security official, who's arrogant and with frank ambitions of easily getting rich. Luko lives with former prostitute Pavlina, who is waiting for a child, and with Gypsy Acho, a former prisoner. Rossi and Jimmy are paramedics of Paraskeva-Stella and Niki. She is a beautiful and ambitious young woman whose big goal is to go to the West. He is a complex intellectual looking for the easiest way in life.
