New age values and beliefs hit small town in Texas -- funny, smart and unique
19 January 2014 | by avocadessSee all my reviews

So glad the episodes are linked on YouTube -- making it easy breezy to watch the whole movie without searching for the next piece! I feel it is like this film is a time capsule -- showing how the "new age" came into small town America, esp. on a sexual level (and quite a bit on the spiritual level as well, considering the blue lady and all). I enjoy a lot of the characters in the film, which was obviously put together with a great sense of humor.

The most unique thing in the movie to me was the puzzle component -- of putting pieces together for a surprise ending. Somehow it was very different from any other puzzle/mystery movie I have ever seen. This movie did extremely well, considering its very low budget. It truly is an independent film. I would love to see what this director can do with a movie-sized budget in the future.
