an old film with modern thoughts

Surendra is a rich man's son who leaves his father's home to live as a vagabond.he encounters heroine who is very poor has nothing to eat.he gives her Rotis .police take him for a thief brings him to police station where he is bailed out by his father's Munshi.his father calls him back saying he is on his dying bed. meanwhile heroines brother comes under a car and dies.she being bankrupt leaves the house.they meet again on the train and fall in love.but the train falls of the track suffers accident.heroine goes to hospital surrenderer couldn't find her.she looses her memory and in lost state of mind walks out of the hospital into a professors house nearby.he takes pity on her and let her live in his house.he begins liking her and knows of her from the doctor who attended her in the hospital.they plan to get married.but surrenderer former student of professor finds her and appeals to the professor to let her go and let them marry.professor agrees.but the heroine still doesn't remember him.in the end her memory comes back and they get married .

direction is very good actors are completely unknown but perform well.music is OK.photography is best according to its time.an interesting film to view of long bye gone era.

Good story line; some of the songs were super hit at the time and are soothing to listen to.

Good story line. Contains some of the then super-hit songs in the voice of late Mukesh ji.
