Sea Gulls without the Feeding

Feeding Sea Gulls (1898)

Edison advertised this as part of their "Southern Pacific Company Series" but the title itself is a little misleading. The film runs a very brief twenty-seven seconds but I didn't see anyone feeding the sea gulls unless this was happening outside the frame. It appears this film was shot on the back of the boat and there are sea gulls flying around but it doesn't appear they're ever being fed. There's certainly nothing too special here and it appears the filmmaker decided to just get another film in the can and decided to film anything. The framing isn't very good and it's clear this was shot quickly and without much purpose.
