Récréation à la Martinière (1895)

Here's another actuality film from the Lumiere Brothers but there's really not too much going on here. The camera is focused in on a large group of people who are simply walking around and that's basically it. Yep, there's really nothing ground-breaking in this film but if you're a fan of these early Lumiere Brothers films then you'll probably want to check this one out. As is often the case, the photography is actually quite good and the film at least gives you a clear look at what people were wearing back in the day. There's a lot of great and clear footage so that you get some detailed looks of everything going on.
