After the Greek-Italian war, Kyriakos Platanias returns to his village, Little Elm, with many decorations and with amputated legs. His father Tryphon was always proud of his son can not stand this situation and takes refuge in booze. Soon, Little Elm occupied by the Germans led by Willy Knut, who treats the villagers as his servants. But the new slavery not tolerate Tryphon and is determined after his son Kyriakos murdered by Willy Knut, revenge and rebelled together with the villagers against the invaders.
