The appearance of sow Veronique thoroughly justifies this mention: this supporting actress easily steals the show.

With "Salut les frangines" , the French cinema touches the bottom ; it has to be seen to be believed: atrocious performances (one feels sorry for Maurice Biraud and mainly for Henri Crémieux as the bawdy grandpa), pathetic screenplay, would be funny lines which all fall flat , and male and female nudity galore .Take to your heels ,don't waste your precious time.
