A slow start
4 November 2018 | by Sleepin_DragonSee all my reviews

The plot is a decent one, it's intriguing enough, but I have issue with the characterisation of people, I know it's the early nineties, but I have no recollection of people being to purist and straight laced. Almost every character is morally flawless, and horrified at the thought of infidelity. That's not really a world I remember.

The story is decent as mentioned, it definitely has some intriguing moments, but overall it's a little bit flat and dull. It lacks the warmth of the usual Wexford dramas. 6/10
