Trivia

Viewers almost got a much scarier Boogeyman as depicted in early concept drawings for the film. In those, the Boogeyman was depicted as a very dark and crow like creature that was hardly visible and it had quills sticking out. Ultimately, director Kenneth Johnson decided he didn't want the Boogeyman to be too dark and made him look more Victorian and made him speak in rhymed couplets to give the Boogeyman a more poetic and light-hearted quality. Not bad...
24 October 2000 | by Blaze-17See all my reviews

This is actually a pretty good TV movie. It's both serious and comic. I saw this one night when I was bored and had nothing to do. At first, I thought it was just going to be stupid, immature movie, but I watched it all the way through, and I was pretty impressed. It's a good movie for the entire family.
