Jennifer Love Hewitt,
Living among the citizens of the infamous New Mexico city of Roswell are some who are not there by choice. They are there to follow a destiny given to them by the members of their dying race, a race that they are someday destined to save. This is the background behind the WB series "Roswell". Max Evans, Isabel Evans and Michael Guerin are teenage humans with extraordinary gifts - gifts that are "not-of-this-earth". They are human/alien hybrids, sent here to complete their destiny. Their counterparts have already perished in a war of attrition, thus one day, they will return to their home planet and save their race. Before a fateful day in 1999, the teens hid their gifts. Though the name given to the alien Nasedo is purported on the show to be an Indian word for "visitor," it was actually made up by show co-Executive Producer and Writer Thania St. John, by scrambling the letters of the town of Sedona, Arizona. See more »

It is all about trust Max. God, do you really think that I would marry someone that I didn't even know? Someone who might be secretly working for the FBI or even
an alien. Don't you think that I have walked through is dreams a few times? And that maybe I checked on his alien status A LONG TIME AGO. God, Max. The irony here is that I trusted you. I trusted you to stand up at my wedding with my whole family there. I trusted you to be there for me. And you weren't.

I never make plans on monday nights. Roswell is one of the top shows on television today... or any other day. It's excellent if not a little unlikely. the character chemistry is perfect. The only thing i would change, is the amount of romance. I'd definitly get more serious into the sci-fi, and give kyle(Nick Wechsler) and alex (Colin Hanks) more screentime. They keep the show from getting to serious... with just the right amount of confusion, they give us comic relief. And their chacters are a fresh change from Max's "Whoa is me" self-pity
