Since I'm a Tracey Adams fan I enjoyed her SAILING INTO ECSTACY (that's the misspelling appearing on screen), but it's a poorly made video -she deserved better.
Eric Edwards stepped behind the camera for this one, but didn't try too hard. It's basically a soap opera of Tracey as a housewife yearning for true love. Paul Thomas pops up in the role of Oberon "the Weaver", a fisherman who is a sage, gradually imparting the meaning of life to our heroine.
Along the way she watches a TV soap "The Lays of Our Lives" with gal pal Sheri St. Clair, who at times threatens to steal the video away from its leading lady. Herschel Savage portrays her husband, and an orgy adds some buxom talent, including Leslie Winston and Lisa Melendez, to the pot. Eric Edwards and his a.d/script girl Rene Summers have non-sex roles as TV commercial performers.
The dream-like atmosphere is dull rather than fantastic. Shooting on video renders the artifact as ho-hum, though Tracey's beauty manages to shine through.
