Storyline

An attorney, who represents an international adoption agency in Los Angeles accidentally discovers a murder involving the agency. She then gets mixed up in an illegal operation involving Asian mothers who are forced to give up their babies. Working with a private detective and an immigration officer, she eventually finds the truth. But not before she, her daughter, and the child's nanny finds themselves in danger. Decent cast, poorly directed.

This made for TV movie, deals with the theft of children overseas for adoption in the U.S. This may be an important subject, however, this was badly written and the directing left the story disjointed.
