aka: Four 32A's and a Banana Teenager
23 August 1999 | by Pro JurySee all my reviews

Seen subtitled on the International Channel, "Four 32A's and a Banana Teenager" or "Those Were the Days" is both innocent and spicy and is very fun to watch.

It is about four 13-year-old female friends in Hong Kong. First love, first kiss, first period. The movie stars... Loletta Lee Lai-Chun, Amanda Lee Wai-Man, Karen Morris (Mok Man-Wai), Linda Wong Hing-Ping, Kong Lai-Na, Annie Man Chung-Han, Choi Si-Man, Ho Ka-Lei, Eric Tsang Chi-Wai, Julian Cheung Chi-Lam, Josie Ho Chiu-Yee, Koo Kwai-Kwan, Hilary Tsui Ho-Ying, Ng Ka-Lok, Wong Pau-Lung, Tang Lai-Ming, Bak Ka-Sin, John Tang Yat-Kwan, Poon Fong-Fong, Jacob Cheung Chi-Leung, Tang Chiu-Chuen, Chin Kar-Lok, and Cheung Chung-Dik.

If you like "coming of age" movies, you will really like this. And if you like it, also check out the best movie ever made in this genre: MAN IN THE MOON.
