Storyline

Sick, twisted and politically incorrect, the animated series features the adventures of the Griffin family. Endearingly ignorant Peter and his stay-at-home wife Lois reside in Quahog, R.I., and have three kids. Meg, the eldest child, is a social outcast, and teenage Chris is awkward and clueless when it comes to the opposite sex. The youngest, Stewie, is a genius baby bent on killing his mother and destroying the world. The talking dog, Brian, keeps Stewie in check while sipping martinis and sorting through his own life issues. Written by Jwelch5742

Trivia

Joe Swanson originally had a son named Kevin, who was eventually written out of the series. His disappearance was later explained in season seven, episode thirteen, "Stew-Roids", as that he had died in Iraq, though he was later brought back into the series in season ten, episode six, "Thanksgiving", where it's revealed that he faked his own death in order to escape from the war. Quotes

Salesman: Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Griffin. Now, I know you've been here all day, so if you'll just sign this contract without reading it I'll take your blank check, and you won't not be not loving your time-share before you know it.

Crazy Credits

In the season 5 episode "Stewie Loves Lois," the end credits are rearranged to mimic the end credits of "All In The Family," complete with the show's closing theme song. See more »

Alternate Versions

Some episodes air in a somewhat-edited version in their original FOX airings and syndicated airings, but air in a racier, "uncut" version on Adult Swim, with some extra scenes or alternate versions of scenes. However, Adult Swim still bleeps the most profane of language. See more »

one of the best shows on TV
2 April 2020 | by orangedjf-82462See all my reviews

What are my favorite shows, I wish they would stay away from politics and stop talking about the nonstop plight of the Jewish people... As if it's the only thing that ever happened in history... People have suffered all over the world but they still use this BS to manipulate and brainwash people, this Constant victimization is really disgusting... As if they're suffering is more important than anyone else's... But of course, who owns Hollywood and the TV industry?
