| Plot Summary |
Passionate and utterly incorrigible, Aleka Oikonomidou, a compulsive gambler, lives only for the thrill of the game. Neck-deep in debt, Aleka neglects her two grown-up children, Nina and Lakis, and her husband, Andreas--who is at the end of his tether--just to play cards; however, desperate times call for desperate measures.
