One of the funniest and weirdest movies I've seen in a while
26 April 2002 | by RaleonSee all my reviews

I saw this movie a couple of times on The Movie Network and loved it each time. It's very enjoyable if you like weird and querky characters in strange situations, which is pretty much what this movie is based around. Nigel Bennett is perfect for the role of Rocco. I've seen him in other roles such as on Lexx and on Matrix, and he can play the psychotic-antagonist role naturally. This film probably isn't for everyone, but then what film is? But I urge you to give it a try, it's very likeable, especially for fans of the strange, though it could stand to get a bit stranger. It's not abnormally strange, but you'll see what I mean if you watch it. I would describe Rats and Rabbits a cult classic, or something close to it.
