Storyline

A group of young people nave just arrived at an uninhabited locality where they are to construct a plant, when a petrol tank explodes. The explosion brings the young builders closer together. They are in need of a moral support. A Party organizer from the Central Commitee arrives at the site of the future plant. The news of Georgi Dimitrov's death rallies the people in their efforts to work better. The Soviet specialists Lyudmila and Sobolev come to the building site. Many of the young people find happiness in work. The man who blew up the tank is arrested. The manager director of the construction project, who brought him to the town, is dismissed. The first plant in the new town is completed. Workers enter the shops. The management and the Soviet specialists will move on to work in another area.
