Jason: Who, Alison?
Antonio: Claudia.
Jason: Oh, Claudia. Yeah, we're getting along very well on the project together.
Antonio: Not like that. Like a woman like a man.
Jason: Hmm. Well, I only see two problems with that. One, she could have any man she wants. And two, I'm damaged goods. Contents broken during handling and shipping. Why would she want that?
Antonio: I'm tellin' you, man, when it come to a woman, sometime waters run deeper than you or I will ever know.
Jason: Have you written anything I could check out at the library?
Antonio: [...]

Jeff Bleckner is not as perfect as Alfred Hitchcock.
2 July 2001 | by lionel.willoquetSee all my reviews

A paralyzed architect, who spends his time spying on his neighbours, convinces itself that one of them is a murderer. By freeing itself from the single room location, this new version of one of the Hitchcock classics lose in dramatic intensity. What remains is the emotional test of re-encountering Christopher Reeve.
