Plot Summary

Composed of three segments--a vivid triptych of loss, dedication, and emotional distress--Greek director Pantelis Voulgaris forms a trilogy of pain against the backdrop of northern Greece. "A Silver Coin on the Lips". In the aftermath of loss, a bereaved archaeologist working in the ruins of the ancient city of Philippi embarks on a healing journey. "The Last of the Lesser Whites". While tracing the migratory route of an endangered lesser white-fronted goose, the last of its kind, a team of ornithologists enlists the help of a solitary, dedicated game warden to guide them through the meandering Evros River Delta. "Vietnam". With the bitter taste of breakup still in his mouth, a dejected furniture wholesaler from Kilkis drowns his sorrows in a loud, smoke-filled club in the middle of nowhere.
