This movie gives perfect examples of nearly everything you SHOULDN'T do as a film maker. Lack of continuity, lack of common sense, stupid dialogues, unbelievable characters, bad photography to say the least... you name it, it's got it.
Had it been released on video only, or aired as a TV-movie, I wouldn't bother to comment. But I am bothering, simply because I cannot begin to understand what went on in Hanoch Rosen's (typically a very talented and respected artist) head when he decided to put this on the big screen. It is quite possibly the most ridiculous thing to have ever come out of the Israeli cinema.
If you don't like to have your intelligence insulted, and want to spare the same experience from your kids - don't show this to them. If you want to see if I'm exaggerating - please do. But beware - you may never be able to think again.
