It's a Family Affair

Grace's father and Will's mother end up making a surprising and upsetting connection. Jack rebounds from his breakup with a new love. Karen must decide between her husband and her lover.

Whoa, Nelly!
Karen buys a horse in order to make money off of its use as a stud. Will & Grace see Will's dad's mistress Tina at a record store. George has opted to spend time with his wife instead of Tina, which had left Tina quite upset. Grace says she knows a right man for Tina. The only problem: even Grace does not know his identity yet.

Grace in the Hole
Grace, while visiting Karen's husband in jail, is reunited with a high school friend. Ignoring Will's advice, she's visiting the inmate and dreaming of a life together outside the Big House. Rosario fusses at Karen for not being supportive of her incarcerated husband and bets Karen that she and Jack cannot stay together in the same room for three days without leaving or hurting each other.

Grace decides to accept the invitation to her ex-boyfriend's wedding and takes Will as her "plus one". What is Will going to say when people ask him to tell about himself? Jack has an argument with Bonnie about parenting their son.

Cheatin' Trouble Blues
It's the wedding anniversary of Will's parents. Will and Grace have a dinner with them in a restaurant. Will's father seems excited by his wife again and Will suspects that his father does not have a lover anymore. Will gives his father cruise tickets for an anniversary cruise and learns that Tina is still very much his father's lover. Meanwhile, Karen and Jack are climbing the stairs from street level to the 65th floor because Karen has a mental trauma involving an incident in the elevator.

Jack plays heterosexual for a TV ad paid for by Karen, and Grace has issues with Will's new garden gnome.

It's Grace's first day teaching at a design seminar. She has asked Karen to be her assistant. Jack has a favor to ask from Will. Elliott has a basketball tournament where everyone's dad is attending, but Jack has duties he can't get away from. Will agrees to take his place.

Wedding Balls
Will's friend needs someone to plan his wedding. Grace takes the task upon herself but gets a bit carried away... Will and Karen discover they share a common passion: the book they are reading. Jack feels left out and starts acting jealously.

Fagel Attraction
When Will's laptop computer is stolen, a detective takes Will's statement and discovers he's gay. Later he calls Will and asks him to participate in an operation to locate a gang of gay laptop thieves. Will agrees and they go to a gay bar. What Will doesn't know is that the man is still in the closet and does all sorts schemes, like what he did to Will, to get gay men to go out with him. Grace has to deal with Val who is trying to be a designer and she does so by getting Grace's ideas and clients.

Jack has news: his new show is about to open and this year his show features magic. He decides to ask Karen to be his assistant - a disaster in the making... Will has just won a photo session with the famous Fannie Lieber in a silent auction. The picture is going to appear in her next coffee table book. And Will asks Grace, who's a huge fan of Fannie's, to come with him to the session. What could possibly go wrong?

Rushing to her own artificial insemination, Grace runs into a lamp post and is knocked out. She then meets a man, Leo, who rides a white horse. And asks her out. And is a doctor. And also Jewish. Meanwhile, Karen goes to return the room key to the man who mistook her for a high class prostitute, but ends up entering his room... Will discovers that having a baby means a change in priorities.

Jack is stalking Kevin Bacon. For real. Fortunately, Kevin Bacon is interviewing assistant applicants and Jack beats the others with his vast knowledge of Kevin Bacon. Jack's first assignment: to find Kevin's stalker! Grace takes her first pregnancy test. Karen is trying to break up with Lionel. Dr. Leo comes to see Grace at her workshop - but only to ask her to redesign his practice space.

Karen has to shower at Will & Grace's place because Stan froze all her assets, forcing Karen to live in her limo. Will's retired boss's business partner, Mr. Stein, arrives from the law firm's London office to "turn the company around". And he's quite upset because of the deficiencies of the firm's N.Y. office. And a little bit... eccentric.

When Grace accompanies Leo to dinner with some "friends," she doesn't realize that he's tricked her and instead introduced her to his real parents--and she soon regrets her earlier salty dialogue and suggestive attitude. Elsewhere, Jack is again confronted by Zandra, his gruff acting teacher, when he tries to showcase his meager talent in a class while a willing Will joins Karen in subjecting to a Botox facial injection.

Grace and Leo impetuously take their vows at a Central Park wedding that is a ratings stunt hosted by Today's Katie Couric. Grace's pals, especially Will, are hurt that they weren't invited, but all seems forgiven when everyone-including Grace's outspoken mom and the subdued Mrs. Marcus-gather days later for a swank reception. It should be a festive bash, but the emergence of unsettling details about Leo-and about the park nuptials-give Grace reason to wonder whether she has made a mistake.

After a displaced Karen is booted from her Palace Hotel digs, a sympathetic Will agrees to let her move in with him-at least until she turns his apartment into a federal disaster zone with her exorbitant lifestyle, forcing Will to try and unload her onto Grace's shoulders. Meanwhile, Jack loses style points when he poses incognito out of fear that the "Gay Mafia" has it out for him.

"On Christmas Eve, Grace is torn when she has only two tickets to "The Nutcracker" musical and can't take both her best friend Will and new husband Leo (Grammy-winning guest star Harry Connick, Jr.)- but her back-and-forth indecision leaves Will spinning like a Hanukkah dreidel between a dithering Grace and his previous holiday plans with Jack and Karen."
