Storyline
Plot Summary |
The year is 2039; Bruce Wayne has retired as Batman and Gotham City is without a symbol of hope. However, like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, a new Batman will take Bruce's place: in the form of his newfound errand-boy, Terry McGinnis. The legend lives on. Batman goes beyond the Wayne legacy and into uncharted territory, making new enemies, friends, and reasons for why the world still needs Batman in it. Written by Johnny |

Did You Know?
Trivia | The WB Television Network never allowed Bruce Wayne's age to be revealed in this TV series because they did not want him to be thought of as old and decrepit. In one episode where Bruce has a birthday, the writers said his age in the initial script, but had to take it out because the network would not allow it to be revealed. The producers, however, said off-the-record that Bruce Wayne was about 80. See more » |

Quotes |
Terry McGinnis:
Look, if you had any proof they were going to do something, it would be different. But I'm not going to change my plans because of a hunch. Bruce Wayne: Batman would. Terry McGinnis: Hey, I put my life on the line all the time. One night isn't going to make any difference. Bruce Wayne: One night always makes the difference. See more » |
