Trivia

The truck driver's truck advertises a type of burger called "Moo Macs", which is an obvious parody of the Big Mac from McDonalds. Additionally, the truck has a logo very similar to the McDonald's Golden Arch. Ironically, McDonalds is now one of the sponsors for Dragon Ball Kai.

Originally aired in Japan following the conclusion of the Baby Saga. In other words, while set after GT, it actually aired BEFORE the Super 17 and Shadow Dragon sagas.

This is the only Dragon Ball movie or special that was released in Hungary. Despite the franchise being hugely popular there, none of the previous or later movies were released.
