Actually this is not a real movie . It's communist propaganda documentary ( like many other Romanian "movies" ) where you can see how a factory manager (actual senator Sergiu Nicolaescu )struggle to build a propeller(!) for some Romanian vessel .The "movie" is full with communist cliché and looks like it's inspired from Chinese propaganda films. I must say that acting it's not very bad ...because in real life, actors were big communist fans so everything was very natural for them. Of course, nowadays - in real life - they are big democrats and experts in democracy . I believe that they are just big chameleons ...and probably this old "movie" it's necessary to be seen just to understand how a communist can become a fanatic "democrat". After you see this "movie", you need to watch some old tapes with actors in real life , to realize the "transformation" they suffer.
