A dedicated safety dog is run ragged protecting his dumb human family from their own carelessness.
Bernard's dog-loving boss is coming for dinner, so he stops at the pet store and picks up Wally, the safety dog. On the way home, Wally buys a car seat for the child while the car is stopped at a light.
