Charlie Sheen, Martin Sheen, and Mark Dacascos in No Code of Conduct (1998)

Goofs

No Code of Conduct

Edit

Continuity

While Jake and his partner run the simulation the slide on Jake's pistol locks back as though its out ammo, but he is still able to continue shooting in the next cut even though he would have had no time to reload the weapon.
When the bad guys are standing over Bret Michael's dead body, not only do his fingers move, but his arms switch positions during the different shots.
Level of damage to the van changes during the chase. It starts off with four rear bullet holes but can be seen with only two in shots. The windshield appears totally fragmented at the start, just cracked at other times, and undamaged in interior closeups.

Crew or equipment visible

In the closing scene, when Martin and Charlie start to drive away in the ruined Mustang, at least five crew members, including the boom, can be seen reflected in the passenger-side car door.
