Great Return from the Mid Season Break
20 May 2018 | by GunnersMateSee all my reviews

Welcome Back, Carter picks up the midseason break with a very pregnant Allison and a job-searching Carter. The DoD has made a decision regarding the new Sheriff of Eureka and how this affects the resolution of the crisis-of-the-week is supposed to be the focus of the episode. The real focus is, however, the people of Eureka - which is terrific. Carter's interactions with everyone in his town are what make this episode fly. The crisis is simply a means to the end of refreshing our knowledge of why we watch this show, the best thing about Eureka is its heart, its Sheriff, Jack Carter.
