Summer of 1957. Single mother Anna marries truckdriver Fosco and moves with her infant daughter Santina to a rural Tuscan coastal community where Fosco lives with his son, sensitive teen Livio. love stories. crumbs of Italian universe. a father. a more young wife. her daughter. his son. and an interdict feeling.a village from South nothing new. so, the beauty of Maria Grazia Cucinnota is first instrument for create an interesting movie. then, the atmosphere. out of great ambitions, it is just way to rediscover familiar characters and seductive subject. to mixed humor, tension and pieces of a way to understand life. few beautiful scenes, music and fight against sentiments, fragility versus brutal force and a secret who gives new dimension of a relationship. book with same pictures. not boring, not exceptional. only occasion to learn dusty lesson about rules, limits and bitter end of sentimental adventure among deer look of Giorgio Noe and Latino charm of Maria Cucinnota, Meridional character of don Fosco and innocent Santina.
