This movie had promised much and certainly delivered - a thoroughly enjoyable, fun film, which is well made and snappily delivered. It was humorous from the titles onwards, and I felt quite ashamed sitting laughing raucously for a lot of the film!

However "Foiled" is far from an out and out comedy - it is more of a sci-fi spoof with touches of many popular films twisted into one. The Aliens, whilst being cute, appear genuinely dangerous, especially when their motives become known.

The special effects and soundtrack are worthy of a mention also, and have been applied with an artistic hand, providing the finishing touches around the amusing story. Especially the dream sequences - which are very witty, and really add something.

All in all, this is a film definitely worth seeing (if you can get hold of it!). And it doesn't take itself too seriously. I guarantee you'll laugh along and have a great time. See "Foiled". 10/10
