When Paul D first arrives and sits on the porch with Sethe, her braids are in front of her shoulders. In the full shot that comes immediately after Sethe's braids are behind her shoulders.
At the end, when Sethe walks toward Mr. Baldwin to attack him, Beloved is on the porch, screaming, but in the next shot, when Sethe is being held back by the crowd of women, Beloved is not on the porch in the background; then, after a shot of Mr. Baldwin, she's back on the porch again, screaming.

Sethe seems to not recognize Paul D but in the book it is clear that she recognizes him straight away (as "she could never mistake his face for another's") but still asks "Is that you?"
At 7': Paul D says "trampling" instead of "tramping".
