Storyline

Janice is the subject of the town gossips for four reasons: she wears too much lipstick, her hair is too big, she is a single-mother and her two children are strange. Ray (6) is a hellraiser and Tony (9) is autistic. One day, however, Tony sits down at the piano and plays Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and Janice knows there may be hope for him (and them) yet. A modern version of "My Left Foot"
10 September 2002 | by pratchayanSee all my reviews

I watched it yesterday on Hallmark Channel as I am No.1 fan of Cybill Shepherd. (If not, I wouldn't bother for I hate to see any story about the misfortunate or handicapped.)

All in all, it's a well-made film and the story was well told though couldn't help reminding viewers of the award-winning "My Left Foot", the ingredients were the same. Jeremy Lelliott as Young Tony was marvellos.

I give it 2 and a half star.
