Okay little late-nighter, especially if you are a Tushka Bergen fan! I actually got to see this a few years ago at a particularly boring dinner party at which this came as a welcome respite!
April is the young wife of a bureaucrat who finds herself a reluctant hostage taken after a failed robbery. (Some might suggest they should have had HER on the list in the first place)
After a short time and with very little coercion, she finds she actually likes all the attention. (Some of those bureaucrats can be way boring y'know!) Thus the title: TURNING APRIL..slick huh?
Really, when all is said and done what we have here is just a Patti Hearst re-hash without the AK 47's!
