Storyline

Eric Hawke a British Marine, attends the funeral of his policeman brother who he discovers has been attempting to investigate the mysterious kidnappings and murders of a local Asian street gang. The clues seem to point to a rival Nazi white supremacist gang as the culprits, but Lizzie (Hawke's brother's partner in the police force) is not so sure: she suspects a larger conspiracy which involves one of the city's most powerful crime bosses, a man by the name of Garr. As the body count rises, Eric, Lizzie and young Asian gang member Lipo Chung race to uncover the truth behind the murders, before more missing gang members wash up on the beach with missing organs. Canadian action film with standard plot.

Martial Arts action star Gary Daniels play a British cop (!) who is in Montreal looking for the guys that killed his stepbrother. The film has some good scenes like when Daniels attacked a skinhead headquarters dressed as a Fire inspector, but the film is still another tried action films that seems to run like it was originally a plot for a SNAKEEATER film. The evil villain henchman consist of an old guy and a black guy with a switchblade, and they are supposed to be a feared crime organization!. It is good to see Daniels move up from super low-budget to standard budget action films, but it'll be interesting to see him do a comedy once, for there is something comical about him. The film's fatal flaw is that Garr and Daniels never had a one on one (marine to marine) meeting before they finally meet and fight one on one.
