Character error
Beavis and Butt-Head are surprised to see Anderson has a camper. When they leave the camper he asks if they are the ones whacking off in his tool shed. Later at the ATF roadblock, Anderson incorrectly tells the ATF agent the picture is of the two guys whacking off in his camper, not his tool shed.
Continuity
When Beavis and Butt-Head dance while "Love Rollercoaster" plays, the floor changes from carpet to tile, and back to carpet again.
The writing on the side of the Dream America bus changes throughout the film. When Beavis and Butt-Head go down to board the bus, the font has changed from when we first see the bus from Dallas' window. Also, later in the film when the boys rejoin the bus, the name of the tour company is now spelled as "DreamAmerica" with no space.
When the duo are on the plane to Las Vegas, the people sitting in the row immediately behind them changes - most easily seen as the man sitting on the aisle seat changing from a man in a vest (who later asks if there is corn in the dinner from another row on the opposite side of the plane) to a man in a business suit
Anderson's truck and camper are washed away from the water released by the Hoover dam, yet they still make it to D.C.
When Beavis looks out the window when the plane is taking off, the old woman next to him vanishes. A few seconds later, she reappears.
When the ATF storms Dallas' hotel room and Fleming threatens Dallas with a cavity search, Agent Hurley's hair changes from red to black to red again from each shot.
When Beavis is delivering his "We're never gonna score" speech on the bus, the old woman's skin is much darker than in other scenes.
When Beavis and Butthead meet their school principal for the second time, he angrily tells them they are expelled, however he already told them this the first time they met.
Tom Anderson is involved in the large multi-vehicle collision caused by Beavis and Butthead falling out of the trunk of Dusty's car on the highway near Washington, DC, and does significant damage to the front end of his SUV. In later scenes at the White House, however (supposedly later the same day), his vehicle is undamaged.
When Butt-head tumbles down the aisle in the airplane while it's in turbulence, no beer spills out from the can he was holding.
Errors in geography
There are positional inaccuracies with numerous Washington DC landmarks.
There are a number of inaccuracies with the airport when Beavis and Butt-Head land in Vegas. There is only one major airport that receives jet airliners in the city, which is McCarran International Airport. The actual airport has a number of slot/gaming machines in the terminals. Furthermore, the view from the windows is inaccurate. The airport is surrounded by office buildings to the east, large multi-story office/business plazas to the south, freeway to the west, and housing to the north.
The parking area for Hoover Dam is on the Nevada (west) side of the dam, so the tour bus would not have driven across the dam before the passengers went on the tour of the dam.
Factual errors
The airplane is pictured with a red light on the tip of its starboard wing. This light should be green.
As Hoover Dam only supplies 4% of Las Vegas's power, its failure would not cause a citywide power outage.
Automatic flush urinals do not function in the way shown in the film. Simply waving a hand in front of the sensor will not flush the toilet.
As the airplane takes off for Las Vegas, one of the runways is number "41". Runways are numbered by their magnetic headings, and thus the highest runway number possible is 36 (360 degrees, meaning north).
On the streets of Vegas, a building has the name "Freemont." This is a misspelling; there are many establishments in Vegas called Fremont, but they only have one "e" (as they are named for John C. Fremont).
The tourists are shown observing Old Faithful from benches arranged in rows. The real observation area is arranged in a semicircle around the geyser, and at a much greater distance.
The front entrance of the Old Faithful Inn does not face Old Faithful. As viewed from the front, the geyser is situated approximately 90 degrees to the left. In addition, the entrance has a large canopy covering the loading and unloading of passengers.
At the end of the movie when Bill Clinton is thanking Beavis and Butthead for saving the country the phone on his desk is not red.
Chelsea Clinton used a bedroom at the rear of the White House, not the front.
Miscellaneous
After the ATF storms into Dallas Grime's hotel room, Agent Flemming introduces himself and announces that he is an ATF agent, however, when he shows his id, it clearly says FBI.
When Mr. Van Driessen's classroom gets raided, Principal McVicker's hand has an extra finger as he's pointing to the teacher.
In the end credit music listings for AC/DC's "Gone Shootin'", Malcolm Young's first name is misspelled as "Malcom".
After the ATF storms into Dallas Grimes' hotel room, Agent Flemming introduces himself and announces that he is an ATF agent. However, when he shows his ID, it clearly says FBI.
The credits claim they are "in order of appearance." Butt-Head appears before Beavis, but Beavis is listed first.
Revealing mistakes
During the scene that takes place in Congress, the American flag is displayed vertically with the blue field to the right; it should be displayed to the left.
