The best of Aristarain
20 March 2007 | by anti_actors_groupSee all my reviews

This it is one of the better Spanish speaking movies that I have seen, so much by its classical script, as by the actions and the rhythm that imposes Aristarain. It has a excellent script. Joao and Xan, they are found in the Galician-Portuguese border. Together they steal horses, assault collectors and know Bárbara, a journalist that seeks the "Argentine", an acquaintance bandit, to interview him.. Little it valued by the followers but fervent of this director, "La ley de la Frontera", is one of its better movies for me. Though does not it have in its plot the moral dilemmas of other movies of Aristarain, this counts on the sufficient action and drama as to do it unforgettable. Very recommendable.
