    • Trivia
The line "Of course she'll know where Sarah went, she's a psychic" was improvised by Bradley Pierce.
    • Goofs
The slow rhino seen at the back of the stampede at 1h 45m 4s was an animation error they left in. An incorrect frame rate had been set for the element, making it run slower. They kept it in, whilst adding the foot stomp and wheezing sounds.
    • Quotes

Alan Parrish: What, are you crying? You don't cry, all right? You keep your chin up. Come on, keep your chin up. Crying never helped anybody do anything, okay? You have a problem, you face it like a man.

[Peter continues to cry and Alan realizes what he just said]

Alan Parrish: Hey, hey, I'm sorry, okay? Twenty-six years buried in the deepest darkest jungle, and I still became my father.

    • Crazy credits
SPOILER: Green flames swirl around to form the opening title, which spirals into a vortex. This is in fact the sequence that occurs when Alan finishes the game near the end.
    • Alternate versions
At the end of the film, Alan and Sarah give Judy and Peter a Christmas gift. In the theatrical version, the kids open their gifts up to reveal new sneakers named "Jumanjis"

Robin Williams is great as always
I really enjoy this film. The only reason that I gave it 9 stars instead of ten was because it slightly scared me and I'm not a huge fan of that. Regardless it's a great film with amazing actors and wonderful message. Makes me miss Robin a lot!
