Storyline

Kim is struggling to balance the competing pressures of her work life and her personal life. At the office, she has just been promoted to the position of executive producer of the hit police drama, "Blue Justice", and must handle the fragile egoes of the actors while also dealing with the all-male writing staff working under her. On the other side, she has fallen in love with a hard-driven district attourney who rarely has time to see her. Somehow, she must work out both sides of this equation. If It Ain't Broke, Don't Fix It!!
10 March 2004 | by goleafs84See all my reviews

I enjoyed this show in the first season. It was funny and entertaining. Nancy Travis and Kevin Kliner were great together. Their chemistry together was great, and after the first season was over, I was looking forward to the second season.

Unfortunately, it looks like they tinkered around with the show and made some changes (ie: they got rid of Kevin Kliner). That was a shame because once he left the show, it changed and not for the better. It lost it's "magic". I felt like there was a huge hole present and it just became another "ho-hum" show. Needless to say, it didn't take very long, even though I tried to give the second season a chance, I grabbed the remote and was looking for something else to watch.

Very disappointing in the end.
