James Cameron Slammed Online for ‘Avengers’ Criticism, but Marvel’s Kevin Feige Is Staying Positive About It
James Cameron is feeling the wrath of the internet after a comment he made to IndieWire criticizing the Marvel Cinematic Universe went viral. While promoting his upcoming AMC series “James Cameron’s Story of Science Fiction,” the “Titanic” and “Avatar” director said that he hopes the industry starts getting tired of the “Avengers” storyline because “there are other stories to tell.”

“I’m hoping we’ll start getting ‘Avenger’ fatigue here pretty soon,” Cameron said. “Not that I don’t love the movies. It’s just, come on guys, there are other stories to tell besides hyper-gonadal males without families doing death-defying things for two hours and wrecking cities in the process. It’s like, oy!”

Wild Horses: How 'The Rider' Became the Breakout Movie of 2018
There's an epic magic-hour shot in Chloé Zhao's The Rider that's so gorgeous, every great Hollywood Western director might want to hang up their spurs. Real-life saddle bronc rider Brady Jandreau, a daredevil 20-year-old with a busted head, hand and hip, mounts a horse that could kill him. At his last rodeo, a stallion stomped on his skull. Jandreau barely survived, but his doctor's orders to never ride again are just a slower kind of death here on South Dakota's Lakota-Sioux Pine Ridge Reservation. But there he goes, galloping past the sunset.

Only recently, Uma Thurman added her voice to the many women who have accused Harvey Weinstein of abuse, and the car crash on the set of Kill Bill which followed. Eliza Dushku finally was able to discuss the abuse she suffered at the hands of True Lies stunt coordinator Joel Kramer when she was a child.

Jamie Lee Curtis Ignores Feldman in Call Against Child Abuse in Hollywood

Jamie Lee Curtis Ignores Feldman in Call Against Child Abuse in Hollywood
Jamie Lee Curtis wrote an essay for the Huffington Post applauding actress Eliza Dushku for coming forward to say that she had been sexually assaulted as a child while working on James Cameron's True Lies. However, in Curtis' call against child abuse in Hollywood, she spoke as though she was the first to come out for the cause, and failed to mention that Corey Feldman has been publicly campaigning for child abuse awareness in the entertainment industry for years, especially in the past couple of months.

Dushku alleged that she was sexually assaulted by famed stunt coordinator Joel Kramer at the age of 12, bringing new awareness to the pedophile problem that is rampant in Hollywood. Joel Kramer has since been let go from his agency Worldwide Industry, and new attention is being placed on the cause. But in speaking out, Curtis completely ignores the work that Feldman has been doing recently.

According to Albert’s account, Kramer invited the girls to the stunt crew’s hotel for a swim after Albert had brought them to the set to see how a movie was made and go go-karting with the stunt crew. While in the pool, Kramer allegedly exposed himself and said, “you cannot handle this” while swimming towards the girls. At that point, Albert’s younger sister left.

Albert said in an emailed statement to Variety that not all the stunt crew was staying at the hotel. Three of them
