Not as good as the first one, but...

...still worth watching.

The main actor got really old, and it's kinda making the movie more sad than it should be. His character is the same though, a confused little man who is totally clueless about all the political nonsense that surrounding him.

The story is similar to the 1st one, the message is: the new-democracy also has it's vultures, just like communism and socialism.

Politics, money, corruption, faking news for political advantages, etc. This satire shows it all.
