Wataru is a teenage boy with one serious hormonal ambition. He wants to make it with a beautiful star swimmer girl named Mai. However, in the course of pursuing this conquest he learns that while she does not want him; there are two girls who truly need him.
Wataru Morooka, a college student in his final year, wants to spend his last ever summer holiday dedicated to achieving one goal: to get with Mai Sakuragi, the girl of his dreams. Mai is beautiful, rich and a star swimmer in Wataru's school; Wataru naturally has a rival for winning her hand, in Mai's peer, the snobby socialite Kenji Aihara who looks down on people like Wataru whose class is lower than his. To make matters more difficult, Wataru encounters four other girls who profoundly affect his life: the childlike Miho who is infatuated with him; a tomboyish athlete named Misa who constantly badgers him; Kurumi, a naïve girl who is the constant subject of advances from Wataru's friend Kazuya (and thus calls upon him constantly to call him off); and the acid Satomi who puts him down at every opportunity, but whose life inevitably and irrevocably intertwines with his. As the summer end draws nearer, Wataru must find a way to break through the barriers of people, circumstances and society to find happiness with his true love... but which girl will truly hold that title?
Throughout his summer vacation, a college student attempts to get with his ideal girl. But the situation is complicated by another man, and four other girls.
