'Smallville' Actress Allison Mack Arrested for Her Alleged Role In the Notorious Sex Cult, Nxivm

Actress Allison Mack — best known for playing Clark Kent's friend Chloe Sullivan on the TV show Smallville — has been arrested for her role in the alleged sex cult, Nxivm. The Daily News reported that the 35-year-old was a "recruiter" that not only lured innocent women in, but also required the slaves to engage in sexual acts with the group's leader, Keith Raniere. She also allegedly gave Raniere naked photos of the slaves. Allison — who reportedly ranked right below Raniere in the cult's hierarchy — last made headlines after she was seen chasing Raniere as cops arrested him in Mexico. The group, which was founded by Raniere, was first exposed in a New York Times feature. Back then, Frank Parlato, a former spokesman for Nxivm, claimed in his blog that Allison was second in command, which turned out to be true. In fact, he stated that she was running a sorority

Doc Brown leads a tense political thriller in this fan-made ‘Back to the Future’ prequel trailer

Doc Brown leads a tense political thriller in this fan-made ‘Back to the Future’ prequel trailer
Back to the Future left fans with plenty of burning questions. One of them: How exactly did Doc Brown weasel a full supply of plutonium out of a group of Libyan nationalists? That’s the question answered by a fan-made trailer for a fake Back to the Future prequel titled 1.21 Gigawatts. The all-important amount of power that propels the DeLorean through time had to come from somewhere. We know Doc Brown fooled the Libyans when he built them a “bomb” full of used pinball machine parts. What we didn’t know is Doc was basically the star of his own political thriller in his endeavor to get that plutonium. Below, watch the excellent trailer that seamlessly edits together clips from a number of movies: Edited by fan Tyler Hopkins, the trailer uses clips from Back to the Future (of course); Christopher Lloyd movies My Favorite Martian, Camp Nowhere, Things to Do

Back To The Future Prequel Trailer Details Doc Brown's Dealings with Terrorists

This is one of the coolest fan-made trailers I've seen in a long time. Editor Tyler Hopkins created a trailer for a would-be Back to the Future prequel called 1.21 Gigawatts that shows how Christopher Lloyd's iconic scientist Emmett "Doc" Brown first got involved with the Libyan terrorists who "kill" him in Bttf.

This is a fan edit trailer of what I think would make a pretty awesome movie: a Back to the Future prequel that explores Doc's shady dealings with the Libyan terrorist group. This was made using clips from: Back to the Future, My Favorite Martian, Camp Nowhere, Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead, Dennis the Menace, Zero Dark Thirty, Argo, The Sum of All Fears, Syriana, Iron Man, Dazed and Confused and Munich.

This is a brilliant concept, and Hopkins cut everything together in expert fashion. If there was enough footage out there to turn

'10 Things I Hate About You' Star Starts His Own Religion

'10 Things I Hate About You' Star Starts His Own Religion
The hot popular guy of '90s films and TV is now a church leader.

You may remember Andrew Keegan as the teen dad on 7th Heaven, the bad boy Zach in Camp Nowhere or the high school heartthrob/jerk in 10 Things I Hate About You. But for many, he's now the leader of a "spiritual movement" in Los Angeles' Venice Beach.

Vice reports that the 35-year-old has made a major career transition and is now overseeing the new-age church Full Circle. Though even the members don't seem super certain of the mission statement of the religion, there is a talking parrot named Krishna and a guy named Third Eye who greets you at the entrance.

Vice says the movement "integrates the indigenous and modern practices, bringing individuals, community and organizations together as indispensable collaborators realizing a co-creative, sustainable and fulfilling future."

'90s Heartthrob Andrew Keegan Has His Own Church Now
Many children of the '90s have fond memories of Andrew Keegan, who played the adorable rebel Zack in Camp Nowhere, the douchey but inarguably hot popular guy in 10 Things I Hate About You, and teen dad Wilson West on 7th Heaven. Now Vice is reporting that the actor is embarking on a second act: this time as the leader of a "spiritual movement" based in La's Venice neighborhood. The church, Full Circle, is home to a talking pet parrot named Krishna, and its website describes it as a "conscious social movement" that "integrates the indigenous and modern practices, bringing individuals, community and organizations together as indispensable collaborators realizing a co-creative, sustainable and fulfilling future." Andrew fell off the pop-culture radar around the turn of the millennium - resurfacing after an unfortunate Tasering incident and arrest in 2011 - but now says he's newly focused on spreading peace after a spiritual

Andrew Keegan: Remember Him?

Like most of you, the last time I saw Andrew Keegan he was writhing in pain after Bianca punched him in the nose "for making my date bleed," punched him again "for my sister" and kneed him in the groin "for me."

But Sundance celebrants got up close and personal with the 10 Things I Hate About You star this weekend when he hit the slopes, the gifting suites and the parties all in support of his new movie .... Yea, I'm still waiting for that info.

Personally, I prefer to remember Andrew circa 1994 when he starred alongside Jonathan Jackson and Christopher Lloyd in Camp Nowhere -- a little seen, much beloved (by me) movie about kids who trick their parents into sending them to a fictional camp so they can get a summer off. I want to tell you how good it is, but suspect the memory of its excellence solely

A Good Old Fashioned Orgy Movie Review
Title: A Good Old Fashioned Orgy Directed By: Alex Gregory and Peter Huyck Starring: Jason Sudeikis, Tyler Labine, Lake Bell, Michelle Borth, Lindsay Sloane, Martin Starr, Angela Sarafyan, Lucy Punch, Will Forte, Lin Shaye, David Koechner You know what A Good Old Fashioned Orgy reminds me of? Summer camp. Okay, clearly orgy and kids’ camp don’t really go together; it’s more of the combination of summertime and a group of friends getting together to enjoy some shenanigans. Rather than a pool party with sparklers à la Camp Nowhere, the A Good Old Fashioned Orgy characters enjoy drinking themselves into oblivion and planning a night packed with group sex. While I’ll...

Keegan Embroiled In Police Dispute

Keegan Embroiled In Police Dispute
American actor Andrew Keegan was handcuffed and tasered by California police on Saturday night after becoming embroiled in a dispute with cops, according to a report.

Keegan, best known for his role in 1994's Camp Nowhere, was hosting a party in Marina Del Rey when officers arrived on the scene and asked the star to turn down the volume of the music.

TMZ.com claims the actor refused and became "very aggressive", prompting cops to spring into action.

However, authorities insist Keegan was never officially placed under arrest and he was subsequently released without charge.

Andrew Keegan tasered and detained by cops after a loud party

  • Pop2it
Remember Andrew Keegan? He was like, sooo dreamy on "7th Heaven" and sooo obnoxious (but still dreamy!) in "10 Things I Hate About You."

The '90s heart throb, now 32 years old, was tasered by police officers when they arrived on the scene to a loud party in Marina Del Ray. TMZ reports that cops received a noise complaint, but when they asked Keegan to turn his music down, he became aggressive.

"He was tasered right in front of me," one party-goer told Us. "Oh my God, it was so awful."

Apparently, the scene was so intense that helicopters and over 15 uniformed officers were called to the scene. "He was throwing a block party [and I] saw it happen," says the witness. "You could tell he was in pain."

Friends say that the incident shook him up pretty badly. He was never arrested.

We're going to go watch "Camp Nowhere" now.

Nick Stahl Interview: Lessons on Sharp Objects

  • Filmology
Opening today is a thriller called Kalamity, starring Nick Stahl (Sin City, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines) as a heartbroken young man who returns home to Northern Virginia to find his best friend, played by Jonathan Jackson (Camp Nowhere, Insomnia), unstable, withdrawn, and possibly hiding a deadly secret. Mr. Stahl was kind enough to give me a slice of his time earlier this week, and the conversation that ensued tore the very fabric of the space-time continuum. And by that, I mean, it was quite lovely.

'Jersey Shore' drops in on Ellen DeGeneres: Our fave and least fave moments

Today (Mon. Feb. 8), a few of the "Jersey Shore" castmembers dropped in on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" (literally) to celebrate its 1100th episode.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and DJ Pauly Delvecchio joined Ellen DeGeneres and "Valentine's Day" star Jessica Alba for the momentous occasion.

Here are our favorite fist pumping moments and our least favorite moments, Aka the grenades:

Fist pump: Ellen made several jokes about the cast's propensity for tanning. At one point she sprayed herself with an aerosol can and, through the magic of TV, her face turned oompa loompa orange!

Grenade: Mike's shirt situation: a transparent white button-down. It looked as if he had barely escaped an explosion at Armani Exchange. Mike, Season 2 is on. You don't have to buy from the clearance rack anymore.

Fist pump: Alba was forced to sit with the "Shore" cast backstage and the look on her face was priceless.
