When Jesse Lee is fighting Colonel Graham in the burning building, the Colonel's eye-patch moves about between shots.

The opening and closing shots feature all six members of Jesse Lee's posse posing together for a photograph (The Storyteller uses the picture to introduce the characters). All six characters are never on screen together and Father Time is introduced just as Angel is killed.

At the beginning, the man is describing a Colt "Peacemaker" pistol. The pistol he is holding in his hand and showing is actually a Remington 1875 pistol.

When Jesse shoots Colonel Graham near the end his bullet is shown flying in midair and it's the entire cartridge from slug nose to brass and primed casing not just the slug.

Before the camera leaves him, Little J (who is supposed to be dead) can be seen blinking his open eye.

There is a modern USA Flag (with 50 stars) flying outside the school in Freemanville.

In the battle on Cuba in 1898, the American troops have a small muzzle loading howitzer in their front line. By 1898 the US army was exclusively using breech loading guns, such as the 3.2 inch M1897 field cannon or several types of Hotchkiss guns.
