A repressed woman called Kate lives with her clingy elderly mother in their two story house. However, she unleashes her secret wild side at night, and goes to town looking like a true vamp to seduce man and has anonymous wild sex with them. One day, she sees a tow truck driver named Gary helping a woman whose car broke down in the middle of nowhere. Seemingly a decent and hunky family man, Gary turns out to actually be a genuine dangerous psychopath with a secret double life of his own - that of a brutal rapist. In the evening, he invades the home of the woman he helped that day and tries to rape her at knife point, but she fights back and tries to escape, so he beats her up, accidentally killing her. Since Kate saw him with the woman that day, Gary tries to track Kate down and shut her up for good just in case. Meanwhile, Kate's frequent anonymous one night stand, a man named Richard, decides to break his deal with Kate and contact her in 'real life', when she's not playing a femme fatale. This makes Kate's fragile state of mind even worse, a condition caused by a serious childhood trauma brought on by her secretly abusive mother.
