A young American businessman, named Larry, travels to Italy to visit his girlfriend Jamie Lee only to find her missing. In his attempts to find her, Larry realizes that she may have been murdered by one faction of two rival mafia families battling each other for Genoa's crime empire centering on a ruthless don, named Nerescu, whom controls the drug trade and is fighting Madame Positano whom controls the prostitutes.
