Goofs Warning: Spoilers. In the third part "Eye", Brent naturally has blue eyes. After the physical operation where he should have a brown eye on the right and a blue eye on the left. The eye colour swaps sides at least once, possibly to depict a descent into madness. In some scenes both eyes are brown, or one blue and one black.
