In the year 2258, it is ten years after the Earth-Minbari War. Commander Sinclair takes command of a giant five-mile-long cylindrical space station, orbiting a planet in neutral space. At a crossroads of interstellar commerce and diplomacy, Cmdr Sinclair (2d season Captain Sheridan) must try to establish peace and prosperity between various interstellar empires, all the while fighting forces from within the Earth Alliance. It is a precarious command, particularly given that sabotage led to the destruction of Babylon stations 1, 2, and 3 and 4 vanished without trace.Written by

B5 is one of the greatest series ever. It has a somewhat shaky start in season one but it takes off quick and has you hooked all the way to it's tear-jerking end five years (+19) later. The characters become people you know deeply. My personal favorite is G'Kar who gives some of the deepest insights on life I've ever heard. I just finished watching all five seasons and I wish there was more (kind of, five was perfect). See them, know them, love them! P.S. Yes the user name is based off Zathrus. Zathrus was taken a long time ago when I initiated that user name, so I adapted it. I guess you could say that Zathrus was "Not the one!"
